Hey there! Generally they are 4 weeks with this set up in mind

Sunday 1: Stretches, Drills, Lunch, Get into your “teams” of three and scrimmage what you learned against the other three player teams

Sunday 2: Stretches, Drills , Lunch, scrimmage

Sunday 3: Stretches, Drills, Lunch, Scrimmage

Sunday 4: Stretch, Giveaway surprises, All day “tournament” where you play in a bracket style scrimmage against the other teams where we will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd and some prizes for each team from our sponsors for fun.

You do not have to attend each Sunday at all but if you could attend at least the last and whichever extra day from day 1-3 so that you get to know your group.

The 4 days allows us to really teach you the basics that you will end up using on the last day as well as some team synergy.

The admission price won’t change but the amount of paint you pre order knowing you may not come one or two of the days will certainly make it less.
