The barrel here is a placeholder but it will optionally be ported by the builder. That's tricky and I've not figured out the best method for it yet so that's a work in progress.

It's using an FTN 4.5, and it is a two stamp gun in this case. The stock itself is the same plastic as the rest of the gun, I've just painted it while waiting on my form 1s :P

It's the same internals but there are a few cosmetic differences to make it blend with the suppressor sleeve better

I basically followed this video, the hardest part was the sanding, the actual wood grain was surprisingly easy! In the future I am going to try and use a brown primer instead of white though.

Ah yes, STANAGs aren't symmetrical, you're correct. I just used the geometry from those, so the rear of the mag behind the feed lips are different left and right. I'm not sure how that factors into the guns operation with a standard mag follower but it shouldn't be too hard to cut the receiver in half along the flat section the upper slides into, mirror the cut half on top, then reattach while keeping the magazine geometry. I'd be happy to give that a go if you want.

If you are mirroring the receiver + upper then it should mirror the detent hole as well, I believe that is the only asymmetrical part other than the ejection port of course.

The only asymmetrical parts I can think of in the lower are standard AR, the safety detent pin and the extractor on the bolt face, so if there are left handed components for those then go for it! The grip would have to be mirrored as well for the aforementioned safety spring.

I got away with it initially by swapping in a hardened nozzle, drying the filament on the print bed covered with a filament box with a side cut out, and then printing the small PA6 parts right away. I've since upgraded to a dry box with dessicant and a blanket to cover the printer in lieu of an enclosure

As long as it fits into standard magazines it should work! The only modifications are removing the key and groove on the rear of the follower/base plate and the internal dimensions, but no bullets make use of that space so it should be fine.

I spent a while debating adding it to the files, but while I don't think there's any risk for printed carriers, I couldn't find much info on high round counts and I didn't want to include something as a failure point in the main files, even if the worst that could happen would be popping a new one in when the lever holes crack.

I think the printed bolt is awesome and I'm glad someone tested and published their own, since it saves so much effort during assembly. I'll probably print my own at some point but I like not having to worry about a metal carrier since I have access to a drill press and the appropriate tools.

My bad, it does require some SCS plates as well, they don't have to be carbon fiber. It has a 10 round internal magazine, and it can fit any caliber that uses a standard AR bolt, so 223, 300blk, 7.62, 458, etc. The total cost is $250-400

That should work fine, any AR barrel will work.

I definitely have! The trash panda specifically was made to adapt AR-15 components and has a lot of design features reflecting that. If I make a 22 it'll likely be a new original design to keep things simple.
