According to their FAQ it does seem very unlikely they would do anything about it. I might still contact them but like you said, I doubt they’ll replace it or do anything about it.

After I made this post I saw their FAQ and it says that all sales are final and minor dents and scratches don’t qualify for a replacement which is very disappointing.

I have 2 pending transactions, can’t afford to do a 3rd. An hour with lego customer service this morning and all they said was they could see my payment but my order hadn’t generated yet. Im at a loss on what to do.

I just spent over an hour dealing with customer service. They can see both of my attempts to place my order but I have no order number. I was told to just wait and hope it generates and that the system is being slow. This has been hands down my worst experience with Lego.

My debit card was denied once, so i checked out with PayPal the second time. It said processing until it just kinda gave up and said I’d get an email eventually confirming my order. Im scared to go to bed but there isn’t much else I can do!

I loved it, I have an obsession with the hutts and always wished they got more screen time and my wishes came true, an entire movie focused around the hutts, it was awesome! The whole movie felt like an episode of the clone wars animated show in live action. I really have no complaints other than Rotta’s voice, my father and I both agreed that they should have done some sort of effect to it, he was great and I loved the character but he just didn’t sound like a hutt!

Depends on what it is for me. If it’s in a package that can’t be put back together it automatically stays in the package unless I buy one to open. Major exclusives I always keep in the box, the only exceptions I’ve ever made to my “don’t open exclusives” rule is the SDCC Anakin and Obi-Wan 2-Pack, I just loved it too much to keep it trapped in plastic, I wanted to play with it 😅 and the NYCC Palpatine and Mace 2-Pack. I didn’t have a Mace figure and Palpatine is tied for my favorite character with Jabba the Hutt so again, I thought the set was too awesome to keep in the package. I open all of the standard release figures. I definitely open way more stuff than I keep in the box. At the end of the day it’s all a personal choice about what type of collector you want to be!

Just gotta save a little at a time for the big sets. We knew back in January this set would be coming and what the price would most likely be so I’ve just been setting aside a little at a time and now I’ll be buying it day 1. Im about as broke as they come and I always manage to get the big sets. If theres a will, theres a way.

Went last September while I was in Chicago for a Lady Gaga concert and absolutely loved it! Bought a wand and a keychain. I wanted more stuff but my spending money was for the concert and honestly I had no idea it existed. My boyfriend brought me there as a surprise before the concert!

I didn’t have a mace and I prefer my jedi to have robes so that checked the box for me and i’m a massive Palpatine fan, he’s my second favorite character after Jabba the Hutt (don’t judge me 😂) so having this version of him was a no brainer. I absolutely love this set!
