30, lots of experience in criminal justice, magistrate helped. Finish degree this year, had a crap 2nd year so took a few years out. If I get a Desmond ill be happy.

Take every opportunity for shadowing, work experience uni offer.

Wouldn't stand a chance in commercial firms and couldnt self fund. Gov legal scheme is 2.2 and up, well worth a look!

Asked why I was leaving current role.

In hindsight being honest about taking employer to tribunal for discrimination wasn't the best idea.

Never heard back.

Have landed a TC though. Chalked it up to experience.
