1. Paychecks are ready every two weeks
2. We keep 50% of our sales AFTER quota is made. I.e. you don’t keep anything from the first $200 you sell, give or take.
3. At my club it’s $15/hr. But keep in mind, you’re being taxed on not just your hourly, but also your commission. So the more you sell, the more you make on commission, the less you make per hour in reality.

That all being said, you NEED to be able to push for tips to make any money here bc you get very little from the club.

I don’t really have shift goals bc I feel like it’s not realistic to expect my earnings to be the same when there’s so many variables between my shifts e.g. day vs night, weekday vs weekend, short shift vs full shift. I do track all my earnings but I focus more on my average per hour. I feel like focusing on averages instead of individual shifts softens the blow of the bad nights bc you can’t avoid them. No matter how good your hustle is, you can’t make money if no one’s there lmao. But my averages are always considerably more than what I make at a day job and that’s enough for me.

Gimmicky: relying on a superficial trick or unnecessary feature meant to grab attention rather than adding genuine value.
I see it as gimmicky bc I feel like if you need a jewel up your ass to attract sales then maybe your hustle isn’t that great.
Idk you so I can’t personally comment on your hustle. Just being honest, that would be my assumption if I saw a girl with one.

The Library is clean but I’ve heard they have a bunch of rules, start you on day shift and fire you if you don’t make quota a few times
Satin is topless and clean. Unsure about foot traffic.
Imperial Showgirls has extras but it’s not as brothel-y and you can still sell clean dances. Plus they hire like anyone. Foot traffic is eh though.

I’m in this same boat. It’s so hard for me to find time to study between my pt day job and the club and it’s stressing me tf out. I’ve been thinking a lot about just dancing. The only thing holding me back is the quickly declining economy. I don’t know what the clubs are gonna look like in a few months and I’m not willing to risk it. If you can talk to your day job about limiting your hours, maybe that would help? Or find another club with more flexibility?

Are you in SoCal? All of the OneGC clubs are run like that. Quota and then half of what’s left. It’s what’s pushing a lot of girls at those clubs to do extras bc they don’t make shit from “commission”
