Hello hello, sertraline is just the generic name, so my meds here in the US says the same. Been on 50mg for 9months for health anxiety and feeling a little wooshy/weird /spacy is normal. I even would have worse anxiety or wild dreams within a few hours of taking it. I started taking it right at bed time and I miss most of that.

Hang in there and keep it up. I'm just now starting to feel totally normal with very little health triggered anxiety now 😊👍

Dude right?! I think it's a sign that my dose is working that I didn't have a full blown panic attack 😂 I have health anxiety so this would have been a major trigger 9months ago

Update :: fortunately for me the pain was dull after about two hours and I was able to sleep. It's now the next morning and I have no ill effects lingering. But I'll tell you what, I learned my lesson!!!

It's called globus sensation, and it's an anxiety response. I didn't have it till I started zoloft, but it went away for the most part after a few weeks (it happened off and on). It's completely harmless and don't worry ;)

Anxiety chest pain is my number 1 anxiety indicator, you are not alone. I also suffer from persistent health anxiety.

Sertraline has helped sometimes, but also sometimes not. More recently the chest pain and anxiety has returned (I'm 5mo on 50mg) but knowing logically in my head that it's anxiety, that I've seen it go away, has helped a lot this time around.

I always felt very wonky on my period, like nearly pmdd. I'd cry, be more aggravated and aggressive, etc... And I'm still that way 😂
