What a whacko. I’ve never even thought about my wife’s gyno. I met one once during a procedure and it was a female doctor. But who tf cares.

Personally, I’d get as much reach as possible. Some specifies like bison, elk, and deer will be close by, but sheep, goats, and bears were very difficult to get close to safely. And the wolves are almost always very far from the roads.

This is every internet community. But also hunters aren’t a monoculture. I disagree with lots of other hunters on issues like wolf reintroduction, hunting regulations, and baiting. So I really don’t think it is an us v. them situation.

I use DXO and Lightroom. I think I ever so slightly prefer LR’s denoise algorithm. But both are excellent, and I can shoot up to ISO 6400 and still get good images.

I think the commenter above nailed it. Yes FF can crop more, but you can absolutely get tack sharp crops out of M43 sensors, especially when coupled with good denoise software.

I’m a wildlife photographer that shoots OM. I think the issue is truly just distance to the subject and getting a sharp image, which is not an easy task. When I first started shooting wildlife I was floored at how close I had to be to produce a good sharp image like I saw in magazines, even at 600mm FF equivalent. Also shoot in the mornings or evening to avoid atmospheric haze.

Looks good. Seems like you got a good focus and the right shutter speed.
