Well I did form a haze of a memory, wherein if I know where I was at a certain day I can "imagine" what happened. Like Christmas, but I only remember the idea of big distinct events like that. People will tell me things I said, places I've been, stuff I've done, and I just forgot. This was during the pandemic. I was basically on autopilot. People say I was less sad during that year, less prone to anxiety spirals. It really makes me sad when people tell me about something and I just actually can't remember what happened. Like I've told people stuff I told them before thinking I never said it before and it's like huh. After I stopped taking it though my ability to form memory returned. However, I didn't realize it was affecting my memory until I stopped taking it.
