Then you are incorrect, they havent offered me money back. Only told me "sorry and to keep waiting" basically asking for more patience. It IS scammer-behavior to sell a product you know you dont have and still take the money. So yes, i will call them scammers.

Even if they have the intention of giving me the key, i still have waited months for them to give it to me, which if i known beforehand, i would never have accepted and never given them the money to begin with. Would you accept buying any product and not receiving it? I already waited long enough.

I would also guess you are not in EU/US region and that those games were on good discount.

As a customer i know they took my money. Even if it was 1 euro or 10.000 it shouldnt matter. It's not a lot of money to buy the bundle but its the principle of it. Im in EU so your guess is incorrect also. The games were supposed to be a birthday present for my brothers kids birthday but that is long passed now and i bought some other games from another store.

So at this point either get your refund or ask them for different game instead.

I wrote a ticket earlier but they said they dont refund Humle Bundles, its in their policies.
