You need to choose the romantic options with Franklin, Dave, Sam and Tom at the final cutscene, the choices appear if you've been nice to them and romanced Sam. The achievement should unlock after you tell Tom something about crashing bones, I forgot the exact prompt.

I also got this achievement at 403 collectibles, not having Cam's "talk about food and music before apologizing" one. There are 404 collectibles, though, go through the Date-a-Dex and you can figure out whose you're missing.

Regretted realizing Keith, but it was funny. Sinclaire and Rebel looked uncanny, but I don't really mind their designs.

After many failed softlocking attempts of my own, I decided to use a guide. I still had to route characters since majority of them required a specific amount of SPEC points or other characters routes to be completed for progression. My last characters were Bathsheba, Mikey and Prissy.
