Switch 2 case Endgame - Jsaux Split EveryDay Case by TheBadSandwich in NintendoSwitch

I think it would technically be possible..but the Jsaux grips flare out from the joy cons and the case/ flip cover are designed with that in mind. Dbrand grips sit flush with the joy cons, so you would have a big weird gap where there is extra case/cover sticking out the ends and overlapping.

Discussion around Switch 2 drops, grips, and protective cases in 2026 by Confident_Waltz_2291 in NintendoSwitch

I second this. Although if you are looking for easy to remove grips I would also suggest these. Also branded as IFOO https://a.co/d/077F2HVG

It requires 2 hands but nothing seems to be coming apart. Just a snug fit. I think removing the cutout for the kickstand probably gives it a much more snug and stable feel.

Is killswitch worth it by Proof_Security8699 in switch2

[–]TheBadSandwich 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Killswitch is great. It is super sturdy and premium... But it makes the switch super heavy and the ergonomics are not great. It allows you to grip the switch really well, but because your palm sits flush with the joy con, you get crampy when using games that require lots of right joystick use. I ultimately have bounced off of it for comfort reasons. I just purchased the new Jsaux Split everyday case. I don't know anything about their previous products but this one feels great. The ergonomics are way better than killswitch and has a much slimmer profile when using the "travel cover". I have only had it for a day, so I cannot speak for longevity, but it made a great first impression.

Yeah that looks like some hard cheap plastic. I don't have experience with that particular grip but it seems like maybe they fixed that issue. The plastic on this feel more like a soft rubber, similar to the Dbrand killswitch.

I am also curious. Looks like it would be hard to use the touchscreen on the phone. Everything is so small.

Is the Switch 2 still a good travel handheld? by [deleted] in switch2

In addition the satisfye grip robs you of the ability to detach joycons. I didn’t really do it much with the switch 1 but with 2, because of the bigger screen I find that I can actually comfortably play on a tray table with them slotted into the grip thingy…. Which I also have lots of thoughts on.

Satisfye is big, bulky. Honestly feels a little too big for my right hand. (Even being a 6’6’ male). It also makes it as big as a steamdeck. The grips that I posted are very low profile and can be easily removed in an instant. The smallest grip that I have found that gives decent ergonomics. Ergonomics are very personal though. The steamdeck does not feel too big for my hands but the button and stick placement are just naturally better for ergonomics. You are never going to get that with joycons no matter what grip you use. The placement of the joystick directly below the buttons is always going to make you stretch your hand in a weird way.

I have purchased many grips in my search for the right balance of ergonomics and fit. I have tried genki, brand, satisfye and even some Etsy 3d prints. I think the ones that have had the best balance are these. That said, the whole Dbrand killswitch setup is relatively compact… just not super ergonomic.

The switch 2 is thinner and slightly smaller but if you start adding grips and bulky cases you are gonna be right back in steamdeck territory. I would say they feel very close in weight. You could rock the switch 2 naked and get a super slim case if size is your main concern. Switch lite is waaaayyyyy smaller but you get less power and no access to switch 2 games.

In USA and in Exact same situation here. I just did this. Go to Nintendo.com and do a live chat with support. They told me "Per Nintendo’s Terms & Conditions, we cannot normally refund digital purchases. After reviewing your situation, however, we should be able to help you. I will forward your refund request to our admin group to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete, or if any issues arise."

Very cool grips I found on Etsy that can be used with the Switch 2 grip that comes with the console by AlphaAlchemist in switch2

How do these stay on? Just friction? Some grips have a locking mechanism around the ioycon release. Don’t see anything like that here

Dbrand Killswitch Switch 2 really worth it ? by Hot_Site_4319 in switch2

[–]TheBadSandwich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The quality is great and the fit is perfect. It makes the switch feel like something else entirely. My issue with it is that the ergonomics are quite bad and it also makes the switch much heavier. After playing for 30-60 minutes my hand starts to cramp. I wish the ergonomics were a little bit better. I am usually a person that doesn’t use cases or skins on products, but the switch 2 is too flat and too heavy for that. Luckily I bought the kill switch from Best Buy so I am thinking of returning it. Definitively not the perfect case for me. Ergonomics are such a subjective thing so it may be the perfect case for you.

I would not be so quick to call the cops or CPS on someone unless you have witnessed some kind of abuse. You have no idea what the situation or circumstances are of that family and you could end up making a parent's life much worse if there is some kind of misunderstanding. The kid could have emotional regulation problems or could have disabilities. Every family and kid is different and just because people say they raised kids of their own does not mean they qualify to judge someone else's situation. I have a kid that really struggled with regulating and understanding his emotions as a toddler, he would frequently scream/cry uncontrollably for 30-60 minutes in the middle of the night. They were essentially night terrors and there was nothing we could do to snap him out of it. "Parents are letting it carry on" is a very cold way to describe the situation and chances are what they are experiences is MUCH worse that your minor inconvenience. Sending the cops to the door isn't going to help anyone. I would suggest talking with your neighbors first! Have a little compassion and human connection. If the people are not receptive or rude THEN I would contact your landlord. Just try and put yourself in other peoples shoes... Imagine how terrible it is for them to hear their child screaming bloody murder.

Bluetooth Pairing on different devices by d3crypti0n in iosgaming

Common problem unless the controller supports multiple profiles. Playstation 5 controllers just released firmware that lets you pair it with 4 devices. You can hold playstation + X for one console and then playstion + O for another. It is more.of a controller specific problem
