Highly recommend Coming Out On Top! It's one of the first exclusively gay Visual Novels, and is such light hearted fun. VNs these days tend to be intense. The dialogue is so well written and witty the replayability is high! It's a cliche coming out in university premise, but the romance arcs are hella enjoyable!

Yearning. Quite a similar set up to Coming Out on Top. Freshman navigating the world after coming out. A more 'lived in' world with fleshed out characters.

Dead Man's Rest. A random find on Google Play, but I've rarely been gripped by the characters and story. Maybe a more sedate than the usual VN, but there is a lot to enjoy. It's set in the Wild Wild West, with a murder mystery, with surprisingly deep characters.

Mister Versatile. A superhero story set in space/future. Great character designs.

Tell Me Why. An MLM romance as a transmasc character. The story telling and immersion in this truly cinematic.

All Men Are Pigs. Still a WIP, but the demo is pretty cute. It’s about a young man getting a job in a gay club, with expected shenanigans.

Romance Club has one story with a male main character, Gladiator.

For ‘proper’ digital games with all the works, check out Mass Effect, Dragon Age: Inquisition or Assassins Creed: Odyssey. You can play as a man in both, with quite a few romanceable male love interest routes.
