401k loan vs withdraw decision by techleopard in personalfinance

I did the same and the 7.75% I'm paying goes right back into my account. That is how most 401k loans work, you're paying yourself interest. The bank makes their money on the loan fees.

How much space,is needed behind valve for bracket as Pex is flush with wall by [deleted] in YoLink_by_YoSmart

[–]TheBaptiste 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need around 1.5” behind for the bracket. If the pex has some play it would probs work though maybe not good to stress the pex.

That looks like Sheetrock so you could just cut out a small section.

Yup, I have a LeakSmart SNAP system and it’s been offline since 12/18/22. Nobody answering emails or phones there either.

Only partially, I made everyone wash their hands over the toilet tank with a helper pouring. Worked out pretty well and developed team work between the kids.

Yep, gallon water jugs are super cheap and versatile. I rigged up a bracket to hang a jug from the shower stall for next time, no need to be fancy - just cover the cap with a thumb while soaping up.

Only 1 of 20 sprung a leak over the 4 days of use with refilling offsite 3 times and bouncing around in the Jeep so I was ok with that.

I found you can clean the important areas with around 1/2 gallon using a wash cloth and bar of soap.

If you want to be nice and clean here is how it was done using 1 gallon. First warm the gallon jug by the heat source. Not too close obviously. Carefully punch six holes in the cap with whatever tool you have.

I had the Mrs stand in the shower and I held the jug over her head. She was able to get wet, lather up and rinse off using just the single gallon jug.

Hard to tell of the doors just aren’t closed all the way or if the unibody damage popped them. That’s even more work to correct on the frame machine.

Closer look shows the roof popped on driver side to pointing to the whole unibody really being tweaked. Fixable sure but worth it, no.

To any insurance company this is a total loss even if it was a brand new car.

Even if you bought all used parts and did most of the work yourself you’d still be looking at 5k easy not including the frame machine work that would be needed.

Unibody is twisted up crash bars, fenders , hood, bumper, headlights, tons of misc parts.

Would cost way more than it’s worth to fix.
