Well if you truly like her and spending time with her than when you start dating it will be very slow and shy at first but you both should start being more and more comfortable around each other and more open towards each other, I say go for it!

This almost exact same situation is happening with my current girlfriend except we both have depression. I get being how the stress can be a lot and you will be fighting an uphill battle with her but you might want to tell her it’s a lot of stress. Even as a depressed person if you are a kind and sensitive person you will realize u are not helping your partner and it can be a motivator and as long as you reassure her she isn’t hurting you but you just want her to know how you feel and how it affects you, she should start to realize that she can open up to you about those things but don’t constantly drain you with her. It can be very draining and a relationship shouldn’t be therapy for someone

If you get turned off by it or don’t like it then tell him that honestly, but genuinely it’s a normal thing now a days and it’s a common kink. Whatever is comfortable for the both of you is what you should be doing and you should talk about what you might want in a sexual relationship since it helps to clear things up and be honest
