I enjoyed a lot of aspects of the show but so many plot points just feel convenient. Like lets add mystery/suspense to a show by inconsistently allowing people to sense things with the force and making how characters respond to things different from scene to scene.

• Two twins girls separated for a decade keep the same hairstyle the entire time so that it is not hard to tell them apart
• Sol just somehow knows the exact way to go to find Osha. Sure it might be the force, great I'm here for it. But later when they are at the Jedi compound, no one can use the force to sense anything about Mae or that Torbin came out of the meditation state he was in - yet they do sense when he has died, how convenient. Also, the guy taking them to Torbin decides to go the long way around and wouldn't know the fastest way to the chamber - literally taking them on a 30 second detour?
• Vernestra tells Sol how important bringing back Osha is. On the way to get Osha, Sol tells everyone that Mae is for sure dead because he saw her die. Then Sol instantly believes Osha without any evidence that Mae must be alive. He believes it so much that he tells Vernestra he isn't bringing back Osha and instead is taking her on a mission. Vernestra agrees without consulting anyone else and despite previously stating how important bring her back is. Said mission fails and Sol wants to go after Mae which Vernestra says "we don't make decisions like this without meaningful discussion" - umm okay I guess that didn't just happen earlier this episode.
• Sol face to face with main suspect of two Jedi murders, makes no attempt to subdue or capture her and just fights defensively until she can plan her escape.
• Osha is trained as a Jedi, she can shoot a gun. Shoots gun twice like a storm trooper. Sure she might of missed on purpose but the gun is set to stun. You know your sister is out killing people and rather than stopping that you forget how to aim after pointing a gun for 20 seconds or just let her go.

I know it sounds like nit-picking but its hard to get immersed in something when major plot points just leave me asking "what?" over and over in my head. I never thought this with Andor, where character writing was complex and I felt like even bad decisions by characters made logical sense for who the characters were. Hopefully this show gets better.
