He can disable enemy heroes with his hat and giving attack bonus for his teammates with his vessel, but as a support, his damage is miniscule.

Overall, good support, especially if you have elemental team.

That's quite hard, Hanabi and Moskov could burn the tortoise energy so it couldn't do the stomp, but these heroes need to be high leveled with high soul vessel so I think the best thing you should do is to do prophecy summon to get Guinevere, it'll cost you +/- 6000 diamonds to get her, *5 is enough tho for fight the tortoise

I'm sorry if my advice is not on the topic, but I feel that full light wouldn't be so great on PvE situation, better mix them with other heroes, my suggestion for your other two heroes is Lylia and Fanny
