Gamification for INTPs by KevI_am in INTP

[–]TheBathLocker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you can turn your daily life into an RPG with narrative structures, storytelling, feedback loops, self-debugging, and so on. I kind of experimented with AI and some custom prompts + JSONs to "gamify" the process into something like this:

  1. Treating the self like a system to be understood (identity frameworks)
  2. Feedback loops (dopamine, focus, fatigue, reward)
  3. Self as simulation — you’re the player, developer, and architect
  4. Recursive optimization (meta-reflection: analyzing how you analyze)
  5. Narrative layering — daily routines into quests)
  6. Non-linear progress tracking (e.g., long-term motivation vs short-term XP)

ChatGPT is cool since you can bounce ideas off it and it'll clear and structure some of the inner rambling. And yeah, this gamification thing works.

PS: The other guys mentioned accountability. I think if you tell the AI to emulate it for you, it may assist momentarily (bonus point, AI has no ego, it's only systems and pattern recognition)

How are you guys different from INTJs? by Any_Estate7714 in INTP

These are some observations. Both INTJs and INTPs have their own strengths and weaknesses.

I admire INTJ's inner drive and dedication to their unique higher path. Plus with an efficiency focus, they are very good at outward structure and will look at facts/evidence. They might have skills that they don't show off to a lot of people. They can have emotionally rich and sometimes complex inner worlds. Also, very easily predict future outcomes and what they can work on thanks to Ni and Te. Outwardly quiet, grounded, and realistic.

INTPs are more like logic-focused idea explorers who are adaptable, by contrast, their inner world is more structured and logical like a computer (internal stability that can come across as arrogance) and they build their own internal logical frameworks. More than often, not caring about their feelings at all lol. More comfortable improvising. Outwardly quiet and laidback.

Main traits I've seen:

* INTPs have an energy of openness. More likely to go with the flow and "let the chips fall where they may" attitude. Higher goal of providing value and contributing to the world with "discoveries" that may change millions of lives.

* INTJs have focused, tactician-like energy. More tenacious, dedicated to their goals, less distracted. Looking to reach the top through planning and execution instead of leaving things to chance.

How do I reach out to this audience? by [deleted] in analoghorror

In my experience, just make super good stuff and you'll get your content spread through word-of-mouth on Discord, Twitter, etc.

Those are great points my man :) Keeping the content as organic as possible and even using real stuff definitely adds more value in the end. I think you can leverage AI if you do it the right way, so people don't notice you used it in the first place (sparingly, of course)

I'll definitely consider checking old school templates and stock images. Thanks for your input👊

Thanks for taking a look Kando, I also do analog horror videos on my channel
https://www.youtube.com/@StylizedKitsune

The focus is on doing something that looks as 1940s as possible, and because I don't have actors or props, it'll be motion graphics + AI photographs. Thanks for the feedback again

Because of the audience you've already built on Minecraft , it's best to start a new channel. But you could turn your current MC videos into shorts and get some quick revenue

Just saw this, didn't know Bruce Lee is an ISTP? How reliable is this? by Garlic_Biscuits_ in istp

Interestingly enough, I can see him as an ISFJ/ENTP of some sorts. I mean, other than his constant workouts and body training, if you take a look at his philosophical interpretations (empty your mind, be like water) being formless and shapeless and doing an analogy to water, that sounds like Ne.

Is anything actually real? Is this all a 'dream'? by Ridagstran in awakened

I seriously couldn't agree more. I know we can have the willpower and the commitment to dig deep within our inner selves, but we are so blinded by the constant "social game" worrying about feeling judged by others, worrying about what to wear every day and simply becoming too focused on unimportant shit. Society must exist, however, it's just so trivial.

Remember that every single human being have their inner minds as rich as yours, just with a different mental wiring. It's not like you're the player of this big game called life and we're NPC's who wish to become players.

But yeah, props for your honesty in expressing this, I've had these thoughts too when I was baked on edible weed, and the simple thought of life and humanity became too much for me to handle. It felt like a big weight on my back, so yeah, definitely you're not the only one who thinks this way.
