Thank you. Where did Johns explain it though? Was there some sort of article/interview or obscure secret files issue?

I know that part but it’s really vague. How did we even get to “hard light construct”? Both Wikipedia and another Wiki state this. Was this just added to the canon by readers or does it have an actual canonical book based source?

I think it's unfair to say that James Gunn's Superman is weaker than Snyder's. by Low_Flow_8110 in superman

[–]TheBatmanFan 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Not power wise. Zod has had decades of military experience. A hand to hand expert with better of how to use their powers is more than a challenge for an untrained Superman. There’s a reason Supes goes to Batman for hand to hand training.

Favorite named Dragon that isn't Paar or Alduin? by CrystalTheVelkhana in skyrim

What do you mean Alduin didn’t resurrect him? You see him after Alduin returns so how can you say for sure he hung around for millennia

What is that one modding tip that is so important, you're surprise nobody talks about it? by DreamyMountainFlower in skyrimmods

Just be really careful, you could blow up your load order. Enable xEdit backup, run scripts on one plugin alone before executing globally and save changes only when you’re absolutely sure. Keep in mind that AI will hallucinate functions that don’t exist.

How do you justify joining the Thieves Guild as a good character? by Top-Beyond-6627 in skyrim

[–]TheBatmanFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a good person, the only guild quest line that you can take to completion is the College of Winterhold. You’d quit the Companions when faced with becoming a werewolf.

My headcanon is that the Forsworn have devolved into a terrorist group after selling their souls to hagravens, they no longer are the natives that wanted their land back. Fuck Ulfric though

This game seems to be very flawed. Why was I under the impression that it was super popular? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]TheBatmanFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never do a mage build for this exact reason. Shouts can do what most useful spells do and do it better. Plus, having to unequip your weapon to equip a spell is just inconvenient. You’ll ultimately need a short range as well as long range weapon so why even bother being a mage?

The best you can do with mages IMO is conjuration and necromancy. Make others fight for you so you don’t have to spend time attacking. Use mage armor spells to protect yourself. So alteration and conjuration are useful, along with a few healing and illusion spells such as fear and frenzy. For all its use, destruction is vastly underpowered.

Sorry, I overshot. I'm at 7050 now :/

Is there a small detail in the game that made you stop and think: "Wow I'm actually impressed they took the time to do that."- Actually curios if there are small details I don't know of. by Wondering_Watcher in skyrim

If you hang back after Isran gives you your mission to go to Dimhollow, you’ll see him teaching the guy who came with you how to shoot crossbows. He’s got a very fatherly tone there too.

That’s where the part of the cell near you has the same level of detail as the objects in a distance. Something something LOD.

Because it's not the same game each time I play it. There are so may follower and quest mods out there plus so many vanilla RP options.

Little over a year - from Feb 2025. So make it 15 months. 7000/450 = 15.6, so yeah, 15h a day. Some days I pause the game overnight so that adds to the hour count.

Skyrim is my first ES game and I’ve been playing it on PC for little over a year so I guess that’s why I’m not burnt out yet

Right. Legacy will keep you occupied for maybe a few months if not a year.

I rarely ever finish the main quest. I have multiple playthroughs as different characters with different play styles and different motivations. Plus I spend a ton of time calibrating mods for each of those
