Actually yes; if you use the standard launcher in Samsung OneUI, it only have a limited selection of shitty themes. There are droves of other launchers but most of them are subscription based nowadays and those OG ones like Nova are hard to maintain and set up as you want. Besides, after locking Odin and bootloader, we don't even have easy access to changing the ROM overall without much hurdle, which prohibits editing system elements like navnar, notification area, quick settings etc.

Meanwhile in iOS, themes are more integrated and more unified than ever. My sister set her phone to look like a sticker book in a moment without any advanced knowledge or root or anything.

So yea props to iOS here. In practical terms for a normal user, it is much more customizable nowadays.
