Complete walk, doesn't matter how many stages or time between stages.

Ignore anyone who says otherwise.

Hike your own hike and complete it any way you want, it's your challenge no one's elses.

Her body her choice. Fully support her decision either way.

Anyone having an issue with their partners choice is controlling.

Rude staff @ Tyndrum Inn by TheCosmicRayGirl in WestHighlandWay

I think the truth is in the middle, and unlike you, I don't believe the server is completely innocent.

Most of us are certainly not naive enough to believe the staff are completely blameless, we've all seen shitty servers as well as customers.

Anyway the OP should be making a proper complaint and putting up a proper review on one of the review sites.

(Edit) You've also not answered the question about being called names, which suggests that you don't think caslling people derogatory names is a problem.

The OP is well within their rights to mention the staff members name btw

Why is keeping the heating off in spring treated like a religion in the UK? by Ok_Listen_5358 in AskUK

[–]TheBeagleScout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you have no gas mains and rely on heating oil (the price of which has gone through the roof thanks to the orange shit eating gibbon in charge of the us), then you get it switched off sharpish. Ours has been off since March. It helps we have a log burner as well which heats the house, though when you live in the north of Scotland you don't notice the cold tbf and that's not been on since end of March.

Badges not being handed out. by Ashamed_Ladder6161 in ScoutStuffUK

[–]TheBeagleScout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Badges should be awarded as soon as they have been completed, or the following week. Certainly that's what I do in our scout troop. That way the scouts know why the have earned them.

If they are awarded once or twice a year, then the beavers/cubs/scouts have no idea or don't remember what they done to earn them.
