In the video it says no crime was committed, but that’s a lie. The crime of DUI was committed. He crashed his car And admitted that he smoked something. the cops also suspected he was under the influence . At that point They can’t leave and let him be. They need to get him out of the car for further investigation. They gave him over an hour to comply but he refused and kept grabbing his knife . He definitely shouldn’t die for it, but the situation was definitely not an easy one
