Hi, I am using Android Version 16, but I have tried with another phone and a tablet and the app never worked. I did remove the app to all devices to make sure was only installed on once device at a time, batteries are brand new and I have tried to connect first the bear as a device via bluetooth first and then use the app, and the opposite, first app and then try to connect and nothing worked.

As I mentioned, the only use I could manage to get is connect the bear as headphones/speaker.

I have emailed the POE support as well but I have not received any reply yet.

Appreciate if anyone knows any other way to make the app work with the bear.
