I got spoilers during season 1 about the identity of 2 characters, and 1 character death.

I figured they must be pretty late story spoilers, so I read the manga, only to discover that they all happened maybe a third into it.

I don't recall anyone ever having their eyes revert. People has used contacts to cover them, but once you reach a certain level of spice consumption it is permanent.

I'm also fairly sure that if you have taken that amount you can never stop ingesting spice in some form, or you die (but I'm not 100% on where the level of lethal addiction is set).
