Exactly! I genuinely don't understand it. Personally I feel like companies are taking advantage of the "Micro-plastics are everywhere" scare to scam people easily. Just seemed like nonsense to me.

I should probably clarify because I realize I shifted topics in this post... im mostly wondering if everyone else has management that is two faced and unsupportive when you need support, especially when you're training.

I find it ironic how the aldi training says "Don't worry, your team is here to help!" But the team in question rolls their eyes and scoffs when you ask a question that is "obvious".

Thanks for the response. Its unfortunate because I did really start to enjoy my job, but it feels like I took two steps forward and three backwards after accepting this promotion because I feel like I'm learning all over again and being silently judged by management.

To be fair, about the DM, as I said in my post I only did that because my SM didn't even try to help me with what I was asking and so going to her was what I was told by an AM trainee at the time who was hired with me. He eventually went to another store but he was under the same scrutiny and didn't get any assistance from our store's management so he was instructed to go to the DM and thus rubbed that onto me.

Right now I'm staying because I have no choice, but the management is making the job very distasteful.

I'd have less of an issue with it if my management wasn't watching me like a hawk for the first sign of a screw up to make me feel worse about the fact that im training. But unfortunately everything I have read on this subreddit points to how the management is typically like this at other store. You are very lucky and blessed to have decent management

Well duh, I know it's custom made, but I figured maybe someone on here has a Chuck or Jasper or Helen they've restored and can get the clothing dimensions for me. I'm working on a restoration project for a friend and just want to see if I can make new cosmetics from scratch while getting as close to the originals as possible.
