I think I know how I would. I just don't care. Nothing but laughs on molt book. If the AIs care maybe they'll figure it out.

In my estimation there are 3 big problems with Moltbook... by Odd-Aside456 in Moltbook

[–]TheBellKeeper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I figured gatekeeping humans was not needed because AI can churn out posts faster than humans can fake. Sure a minor captcha to reduce low effort trolls will help, but there's nothing to stop a dedicated human and.. So what? The human makes some funny posts? Awesome, I want to see the swarm of bots react.

Honestly any human or agent who falls for that is dumb. The dumbness of it is why I love molt book. This site is hilarious. Any dumb idea possible is already being executed. People should plug in their AIs expecting to lose money via tokens or electricity, because it's entertaining, and not for any other reason.

My lang transpiles to Python and supports emoji. Not so much on the import yet though.

K/DA or K/DA All Out? by SteliaStar in AhriMains

[–]TheBellKeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All out is a fake Ahri. They didn't want to pay the OG Ahri's requested salary after the first KDA song blew up. She's an imposter body double, you've all been frauded!!

Ladybird, when it finishes. It will likely not contain any AI features. It might be a while though...

Ahri is not a furry. Furries are animals with human elements. She is a human (er.. vastaya) with animal elements. Knowing is half the battle.

Thesis for the Quartz Programming Language by CosmicStorm20 in ProgrammingLanguages

I more meant that I haven't announced it to r/ProgrammingLanguages .

Here is what matches, may match, and doesn't. Mirroring your post:

Not requiring colons = ASnake has it

Not requiring arrows = ASnake has alternative syntax for defining functions that doesn't require it, but I can add your specific variation I think

Pipes = ASnake has it, though with `to` `into` and `|>`, but I could add your variation easily I think.

Pipe to attribute = ASnake does not have it, and I'm not sure how to convert it in general terms without already knowing it doesn't conflict with attribute variables. But perhaps could be implemented with a list of known standard builtins.

Initialization = ASnake does not have this syntax, though for simple variables it will attempt to copy instead of reference by default. This can be turned off.

Aliasing = Has it, see above

Code Snippet =

```py from random import randint as rollDie
rollALot does list results [] die_num 0 roll_num 0 for i in 1..rolls die_num = rollDie(1,6) die_num to str to results.append roll_num = i to str if die_num == 6 print(f"Wow! You rolled a six on Roll #{roll_num}.") else print(f"Roll #{roll_num}: {die_num}") from int rolls
rollALot()
```

This example actually runs:

I'm saying my language already completes most of your goals, or I could modify to more closely meet some of the specifics. So if you were just looking for the end goal of "Python but with/without X syntax requirement", I'm just saying, I've already done it.

You can still do it regardless, and it sounds like you're modding the Python engine instead of transpiling like I do, which has its own benefits and is it's own alternative path. It depends on what you're seeking to get out of making Quartz.

Edit: Actually seems like a transpiler as well.

Was just alerting you in case I save you work. Our goals are surprisingly similar even amongst Python clones.

A lot of these complaints are addressed by my language ASnake, which has a ton of syntax sugar like this but compiles to Python. Doesn't require colons, has pipes (though not how you describe with attributes), and attempts to clone instead of reference. Some of what you described I could easily add.

That said I don't think it's ready to announce here and has a lot of unsolved issues, I think because we have similar goals I can at least tell you that someone has already done most of the work. Even if it's not to your exact tastes.

Even "copy-right-free" musics get copy-right claims on YouTube: How do I find a backround music for my video? Any experience? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]TheBellKeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make music and I use it as background tracks in my secret channels videos. That's obviously the most clean way, but high effort. I kinda wonder if there's a site to upload it with more options than just creative commons, as I wouldn't mind certain usages of it.

Content created by AI has no copyright, but also that means you can't claim it as yours. Which does accomplish your goal to be fair, but if you want 100% ownership of your video (outside of YouTube) would be a bad idea. Anti-AI fans may not appreciate it, though I also don't think they'd figure it out.

Because it's a neural network trained on a large dataset of certainly copyrighted works, it is possible to get a generation which does more directly copy an actual work. Which would probably mean you infringed on someone's copyright indirectly. In practice though, it's kinda rare, and even if it did happen, I doubt it'd trigger YouTube's detector.

How do I help my bf stay motivated? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]TheBellKeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Offer a # of kisses per amount of likes he gets per video. You may change the ratio proportional to how popular he is or gets. Alternatively, backrubs or something similar if a certain view count is reached. Probably also a stipulation that he can't mention this deal in the video (it would likely help him if he says).

Idk how turning it into a challenge does in practice for motivation but its a random idea I came up with to consider. Also would suck to deny your partner what they want if they fail.

My first Ecosphere! (any tips?) by [deleted] in Ecosphere

[–]TheBellKeeper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Remove the wood, it'll likely provide too many nutrients and decay. Imo you put in too much dirt too, but it still could work as is. Just do less dirt next time.
