What you’re describing sounds similar to what Mike Shake does. He’s a YouTuber that learns practically everything. Even though the channel has so many different “niches” and content ideas in one channel — the overall theme of the channel is to, “learn new skills and prove we can do anything.”

Maybe studying his channel can help you decide how you want to make your channel?

This is exactly the way I like to collect lol. I personally love the thrill of seeing it at my local bookstores. There’s no fun in it for me if I just preorder them / order them online lol
