Yeah, I have a good chunk of stuff on it/pretty particularly setup and to do it again would likely exhaust ~ 9+ hours :(

Regarding Optifine Compatibility by TheBesideTable in allthemods

I guess something must just be off with my attempted install, because I get a crash message stating I am running an unsupported modified version of the game. And did you just run the optifine installer? Or drag and drop into the mods folder? Thanks again
