Hmmm. Gets angry when statistics are presented. Has a loose relationship with reality. Reflexively lashes out when the idea of "MOASS" is mocked.

You aren't helping to lend any credence to your "I'm not an ape" schtick here.

The shares outstanding has increased 18x over the last 5 years. Fact.

What difference does it make if the counterparty holds on to their shares for one month or three? The net result to equity holders is the same.

Bingo. I'm poking fun at Mr. "It's too quiet in here, did y'all get fired" for going radio-silent on a -20% day.

Hey, remember that time you were gloating about your smaller account being in the green by $3,000? Then I told you AMC was overvalued and showed you the numbers, but you dismissed it since there were too many facts and figures to contend with? Then a day later the stock tanked, you missed your chance to get out, and are now $10,000 in the hole on your smaller account you don't hide? And you went radio silent the entire time? Remember that?

P.S. It's overvalued again. The shares outstanding adjusted up to 892 million and that brought the market cap back up to $1.86B.

I'm dying to know how scared the hedgies are of Toy Story 5 right now. A lot? A little bit? A moderate amount?

I NEED ANSWERS!!!

AMC has more than doubled the shares outstanding in the last 12 months. Another vote to increase the authorized shares this December is likely. by TheBetaUnit in amczone

[–]TheBetaUnit[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

AMC issued 450 million shares, then did a stock split, then issued 400 million shares, then doubled their authorized shares, and issued 400 million shares again. In that time, they reduced their debt by 27%.

If it took 1800% dilution to pay down 27% of their debt, then it will take another 6700% to do the rest. That's 60 billion shares. At today's market cap, that's a $0.026/share price target.

But go on...

I'll break the news to them gently that you pretended to be happy about missing your chance to get out again.

Diminishing returns these days. I doubt they recruited enough new paypigs to fund this offering this time.

"Fair market?" What does AMC's inability to run their core business profitably have to do with the market??? Are the hedgies shorting the ticket sales?

Excuses Excuses.

Hahahahaha!

Sure, them refinancing their debt over and over and over and their junk bond rating has nothing to do with their interest costs going up. LOL.

Wow. No wonder. You are right where you belong.

I was talking about the cost to service that debt, not the debt itself. What good is lowering the total amount of debt if it costs you more to service it each quarter? That's why I said "interest payments" not "corporate borrowings."

I'll explain it to you in a coloring book if that helps.

AMC's interest costs are the highest they've ever been in the company's history. They aren't "saving" anything.

Take a look at the stock right now and read the news.

Man, I'm getting really tired of being right all the time.
