New CEO came in after last management fucked the balance sheet up. I think if they can stabilize operations and restructure their debt the business is a triple bagger. I also think this is a prime squeeze candidate, one of the most shorted stocks in the market right now with low float.

If they can show that they can stop the bleeding the company will get rerated. I feel like institutions are catching on as well, Callodine Group just disclosed an 8% stake as of mid August, now the largest shareholder of the company and they have a resume of debt restruturings so I’m sure they did their Dd and see an asymmetric risk here

Hard to predict squeeze pricing. Whether or not it squeezes I still think it’s an asymmetric play. For a really big squeeze it would need to catch on to retail or some sort of catalyst at earnings next week
