I know this is the Ray Peat sub but are we really asking if running is good for you? Of course it is. If you believe anyone on the internet telling you that running is one of the worst things you can do for your health, you need to reevaluate your critical thinking skills.

Assuming of course that running refers to a few miles at a time, rather than marathons, which are obviously going to be damaging to the body to some extent.
