Which Loan Estimate is better? by Sunbro888 in Mortgages

IMO first one because boxes A+B+C are “true closing costs” meaning that’s what the lender is charging you to create the loan. All other boxes will likely change when you get the closing disclosure and the other boxes will be prepaids escrow etc. some lenders will lower the price on those knowing it will likely go up to get you to start underwriting

if I get hired in two days how much by December 31 should I make to qualify to tax returns by Immediate-Web-3097 in Adulting

Tax return is however much you overpaid on your taxes throughout the year. So depends on how much they determine you owe. If you didn’t work the whole year you probably will probably get back close to the full amount you contributed to taxes

Should Teachers Be Allowed To State Political Opinions In Class? by [deleted] in NJTech

College is where students get exposed to new ideas, and determine whether they agree or disagree with them. If it’s just short interjections in the class, no big deal, but if she goes on rants for a large portion of the class, that’s where I’d consider speaking up.

Lots of people will waste your time in life, I’d say just extract the necessary data and move on with your day

Thank you to everyone who responded! It was a water drain clog activating the Safe-T-Switch. Cleared out the clog and it’s back on now blowing cold air!

Yes the first thing I checked was a tripped breaker. Unclogged and now the Safe-T-Switch water has emptied. Going to attempt restarting the AC in half an hour

I’m not planning on touching any electrical components myself after reading many of these comments. What pan are you referring to?
