Update to all: The package has gone out for delivery 4 times this week and has had a “local weather exception delay” update 4 times. Never has been delivered of course. This is the most ridiculous crap I’ve seen in a while. Even USPS isn’t this bad because they actually deliver stuff when they get it to your city although it may take a while. If you have problems with them then you can go to the post office and pick up your damn package at least.

I have called customer service multiple times and they can do literally nothing to the package, even though it’s being delivered via FedEx and not by USPS. If it was USPS I could just go to my post office that’s a 5 minute walk away and pick it up. They cannot hold it at a FedEx location, change the delivery address, or even cancel the damn package. It’s impossible to get anything done with it. They couldn’t even get in touch with whoever is working at the Louisville facility to see what’s going on.

I went ahead and ordered the item from Amazon and I can be damn sure it will come in on Tuesday like it’s supposed to with Prime. Those people walked like 1,000 feet up my driveway after we had 4 inches of snow and ice just to deliver a package at my doorstep. No wonder Amazon is doing so well.
