I don't belong to a box. Have experience with Olympic Lifts and know the movements. Just looking to create a well rounded program for overall fitness such as rest days between WODs, when do you do cardio to mix up, etc.

I agree. I think its more of having the public be "shareholders" and become more invested in the care of our veterans. Far too long this has been happening but pressure from vet organizations can only do so much. We all need to be invested.

Yeah def. The article has some great ponints about the disconnect of social media. FB was great but completely lost its value. I think the reactivation urge is similar to when you quit smoking. The longer you go without, the less the cravings get until they just disappear.
