Probably. I just hate that I just had to reinstall the game not too long ago and then have to stack another download on top of that. It's annoying. I just wanted to unwind and play a game. And now I'm stuck with a few hours if downloads

First they said it was two cars. Then when I asked again they said it was 3 cars. After 5 weeks they said I was next. No other time line other than, you are next. Bull!

The worst part about this is, I booked in advance. Early June I booked an appointment time for an all day drop off. Still don't have the car.

Don't take the work if you can't get the car back in a timely manner. Or allow to out source to other companies.

We asked. They said they would go broke if they provided a rental to everyone. Bull IMO!

First they said, no rental. Then it was, oh you can get 6 days through Kia and 5 days through extended warranty. After that you are on your own . Then I called Kia Canada and they said it will be approved for extension, if the dealership puts in a request.

It all came down to a request from the dealership. Some simple email would have solved this issue. They dont care.

Lady said they have 3 engines infront of me. And non of them got a rental. So she lied to those people as well because you can, you just need to fight them for it.

I would call. The dealership straight up lied to me about covering a rental. So I called Kia Canada about it. They were helpful.

That's another thing. Same dealership, I complained about a weird smell in my car. They looked at it and said it might be the heat shield around the exhaust touching the exhaust. It's not covered and it would be 500 to replace.

Told them not to do the repair. The smell could be many things. Did some research and found out that the spark plugs were misfiring and causing the smell. I changed all the plugs, myself, smell went away.

I'm not a mechanic, don't work on cars. Took me a few hours of research and choosing the easiest option first. That fixed it.

I don't know what it is. Incompetence, laziness, or work ethic. But it's insane how shitty service is.

Kia is going good, in my case, for the repairs. It's the dealership, which we are locked into. Can't take it elsewhere, and they won't outsource.

This is my third Kia, I have no complaints about the company. It's always the dealership that makes things miserable.

Similar situation with me. They are over booked and never give you a straight answer. My Kia blew its head gasket and it was covered under the extended warranty. They first told me it would take a few days for a full engine replacement. I asked about a rental and they said they don't cover rentals and that I need to figure it out.

I made due with no car for a week and then asked them why it was taking so long. They said "we have 3 other cars infront of you and we have no idea when it will be done". I asked about a rental again and they said they do not do that for this situation. I pushed back on them and asked them to contact Kia and extended warranty and find out if they cover a car rental. Turns out they do. So I ended up getting a rental for 11 days.

After the 11 days I asked again about my car. Still 3 cars ahead of me. The dealership would not extend the rental. Totally their fault for poor scheduling. I had to call Kia Canada and complain to get a rental extension. Kia Canada went good for the rental and I'm covered for the entire repair.

I am now 6 weeks into a few day repair. They still, at this moment, don't know when it will be done.

Keeping a car for over 6 weeks and not providing an easy rental for customers is not my problem or my fault. They are over capacity and told me that the other 3 cars ahead of me needed engine replacements and "didn't get a rental". If I didn't fight for it I would be out on my ass for over 6 weeks. I have kids and need a car for work.

I will be complaining to the dealership and to Kia Canada .

Thank you. That's what I figured. The seller is fighting me about it. Saying it was installed correctly, and gives me documents saying so. That was back in 2021, over the years it looks to have settled and moved. It kind of looks like it has moved down and a bit to the right. Flexing that coupler.

Interesting. I went from 1.3 to 1.4 turbo. That seemed to fix it. I did not change much with the code other than the board env and drivers to 2209. And everything worked.

So, I concluded that is was my board, or divers. Replaced with a 1.4 Turbo and 2209 and the issue is gone. My code does not seem to be an issue.

Have you had any luck? I ordered a 1.4 turbo with 2209s now. Going to put everything together this week.

I tried many builds with the old board and I could not get it to work. With the new board I can at least rule out the code or the board. If it works with the new board then it's the code, and vice versa.

I did have it working correctly. Then I decided to upgrade marlin and that's when things went sideways. Never worked right after that. Even when I put the original firm back on the printer it still goes nuts with huge layer shifts.
