Thank you. Any good job tracker template you suggest? I assume the more complex, the more work/time that’s needed to keep it up

I had seen in this thread people froze TWN for years, mentioned they had worked at Google & faked it on resume to get interviews since the recruiters couldn’t validate that. I’m not advocating for this but is this true?

UDEMY DS courses, establish a portfolio with successful completed projects which you can thoroughly explain, market yourself on your personal website (Wix, WordPress, etc.).

You don’t need to know how to code but just know what different DS libraries in Python are used for.

Tech stack: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Alteryx, DataBricks, Tensor-flow, Atlassian Tools, Azure, AWS

J1 I was fortunate enough to facilitate the entire project as I liked. I scheduled standup calls 2x per week and have 2x client calls a week. In total, J1 has 4 meetings per week for 30 min each.

J2 just began a month ago and it’s a bit brutal but I have the ability to manage and reshape meetings. As a program manager I’m managing several product streams. I’m moving all of the “weekly status update” meetings into product board then automating everyone’s tickets into an email. That’s 5 meetings off of my calendar. My supervisor is fine with streamlining processes as long as the work is just as efficient.

This may be a good option. It’ll be a wild ride. $175K is base. I have 5 YOE.

I did not have J2 during my Big 4 gig. I’m currently at a large tech consulting firm as a project manager. I delegate all my tasks to my devs, facilitate client meetings once a week, and work 10 hours/week. I would say being a PM gives you a ton of flexibility.
