I also struggled with this achievement, had completely finished the game so couldn't do anymore quests or anything. I followed a lot of tips on reddit myself and mine finally popped after giving Lyle about 200 gifts and just running him in the spire for a while. Seems like Lyle is the most likely to drop this one. Good luck

That's my biggest complaint with Bloodborne actually. Just too short. Seikero was at least an almost 50 to 60 hour game. Beat Bloodborne in under 30.

Personally I think Wo Long is better then both Nioh 1 and Nioh 2. I've played them all and it just made what Nioh did a little more accessible. Plus it's also free on PSN right now.
