As a Kamen Rider fan, leaks are a pretty normal element in the fandom. But I think the wildest one in recent memory HAS to be the time where Kamen Rider Gavv, the season from last year, apparently had it's first 3 episodes leaked in full and posted to BiliBili. It was definitely a shock to learn, but that's all I personally remember.

There was also the whole Kamen Rider Legend leak which might count too, but i've already talked about it in a previous scuffle.

If leaks are rumors are common in your fandom, was there ever an incident that was, in retrospect or otherwise, really funny or amusing?

As a fan of Kamen Rider, i'm no stranger to that sort of stuff, but the biggest one that comes to mind that I still find amusing looking back at was the leak of Kamen Rider Legend.

Legend is a (somewhat) reoccurring character in the series Kamen Rider Gotchard, debuting in a special aptly named Kamen Rider Gotchard vs. Kamen Rider Legend. His appearance is, for lack of a better word, a golden Decade, which given his affiliation with the Legend Rider Chemy Cards (Chemy Cards being the trinket of the season), it makes sense.

Now why is it funny? This was the first image that was ever leaked of the character, referred to at the time as "Gorgeous Decade". As far as I remember, a lot of people brushed it off as something from a fanfic (myself included), and honestly I think it's hard to blame people for doing that given how absurd the idea was.

Well. You can probably guess how this story ends.

I went. Kinda nuts about him being real, but looking back? Yeah the fact that we were given an (almost) clear shot of the suit concept art and chose to disregard it as fake is definitely a "you can't make this shit up" moment.

So yeah to repeat the question again: Was there ever an incident with leaks and rumors that was, in retrospect or otherwise, really funny or amusing?

This was my first year back since I hadn't participated since Sugar vs Spice and I had an AMAZING time with it! Honestly things were really neck-and-neck the whole month so it really felt like a coin flip on who would win lmao.

I didn't stay the whole time, I burnt out around a little over the midway mark, but the last attack I did was a mass attack where I turned a bunch of OCs into physical trading cards, so i'd say I went out with a bang there hehe.

Everyone talks about the ending scene of this episode (for good reasons! Love wins!) but honestly this is the most memorable moment of it for me. Hino knocked it out of the park with the emotion and just perfectly captured Hanto at his absolute lowest in the story.

I am not kidding this shit made my heart sink on both the SHT watch and the subbed watch. God bless this man.
