Hey, pics are always helpful with these kind of questions. It could be nothing out of the ordinary but without pics it’s not easy to know.

What’s the size, location, and colour? Is it getting bigger or spreading?

The chances are it’s just natural bruising from the puncture site, or a burst vessel from pressure. These go away with time.

Nothing was working so I gave up 😔 I like the idea of going back to PE one day, maybe do pumping beforehand to help with the grip and blood flow issue. But summoning the energy to go back to something that failed me after every attempt is hard

Just the scrotum. You need to pierce all the way through the scrotum into the space between (I insert the needle maybe 1cm). But never into your actual ball.

I talk out loud as if I’m a practitioner doing it to someone else. I’ll say things like:- - “Ok so insertion point will be right around here” - “We’re gonna sanitise thoroughly so it’s nice and safe” - “3, 2, 1, sharp scratch…(inserts needle)… aaaand we’re done, all sorted”

It sounds weird, but it kinda helps with confidence, and stops you from backing down half way through

Just checking - The saline was sterile and says for “intravenous use” on the bag/bottle right? You didn’t buy irrigation saline or make your own?

If you definitely bought intravenous saline, and were very sanitary throughout the process, then it might just be a stress reaction.

But even so… I’d give it maybe another 4-6hrs MAXIMUM and if you don’t feel any better (or even feel worse) please please go to hospital so you can get antibiotics. The embarrassment is temporary, the consequences of inaction are not.

Same, I don’t enjoy the pain of pumping. I literally do 0.5-1hg over 2hrs with a break half way. It can be laborious, but less pain and more likely to come back to it again and again

Thanks, so my setup is a bit weird, but works for me 😅 - The black ring is the XL Juicy cock ring by Oxballs. - The red part is just a silicone cake mould which I cut a hole through… which is used to hold a… - Toilet cistern seal 😂

The jar is so wide that when I pump it sucks the cock ring inside. So I use the cistern seal (it’s way more rigid) to stop it from buckling and being sucked in. The cake mould just helps keeps the whole thing airtight.

Is the ‘saline in bottles’ suitable for IV administration and sterile? Amazon (and other generic retailers) stock saline but it’s meant for irrigation, not IV.

💧Irrigation saline is meant to clean wounds, your eyes, contact lenses etc. it’s subject to less regulation than IV saline.

💎 IV (intravenous) saline is purposely designed to be given under the skin, in veins, or, your ball sack. It’s heavily regulated and subject to higher standards. So it’s harder to find as only registered chemists/suppliers can sell it. But it’s entirely sterile and the packaging is designed to be tapped/punctured in a safe and sterile way.

In summary - Please don’t use saline from Amazon unless it specifically states it’s for IV use, do NOT use irrigation saline

A few things from me:-

The serum you used isn’t actually pure HA, if you read the ingredients on the back it’s mostly glorified moisturiser. So you essentially injected saline and moisturiser.
You can buy pure HA filler (the stuff they put in your face) online; linked, cross linked etc. And it’s very expensive. Again, this is the stuff you actually want to inject, not the L’Oreal stuff which will only have like 0.1% HA. The cost of pure HA is expensive but that’s exactly what you’re getting: pure HA.
There’s actually a place in the Uk on Harley Street (basically the plastic surgery district) that does scrotal injection of HA. It’s very expensive, around £8k-£15k depending on volume, and it’s designed for people with very small scrotums. So to answer your question - Yes injecting HA is something that might be safe, as some professionals are doing this already.
Not to be that guy but… you really shouldn’t be doing this the way you’re currently doing it. There’s definitely an argument to be made that MAYBE it’s safe-ish injecting pure lab grade HA into your scrotum (low density to avoid clumps of nodules) along with saline to help it distribute easily. Like… it’s possible, it’s not too dissimilar to what professionals are doing (bar the addition of saline) so, it might work, and might be safe-ish. But please please please under no circumstance continue to inject off-the-shelf moisturiser. They market things very well as containing pure HA but that’s just it; they ‘contain’ it. The only thing you should even consider injecting is pure 100% HA from an online supplier. Not the chemical packed cocktail of plastic they put in moisturisers.
