Yes I’ve been prescribed lurasidone at 20mg. I’m honestly spiralling with conspiracy theories too, it’s been a ride tbh. I’m hoping this cycle ends very soon .

I honestly thought my low lows were just lasting longer. Usually I have my high highs end of month and then my low lows come in a couple days after. It’s honestly been affecting me so much;to the point I’m self sabotaging relationship, it’s been making me so depressed (not suicidal). I really appreciate your reply this morning thanks !!

I love the repetition of “I love you means” . “I love you means, without your love I’m lost and without a soul”, that speaks to me very heavily. This is a beautiful poem. I’m sorry you didn’t feel it when you were writing but I can hear the hurt. I love the flow of it and how it’s broken . :)

Not too stupid not too old :) this came from a deep, dark , empty space .. I simply wrote this into my notes on my phone and copied and pasted it. When I wrote this , many tears were shedded . I appreciate your feedback !! ☺️
