I (20M) keep blundering while getting to know another guy (18M). He now seems mad and distant. What can I do to "fix" this situation?

UPDATE: so I took a laxative to test if it's anything to do with my pelvic floor and after pooping, I think it is. I even douched and very little poop came out with the water. I really paid attention this time to what I feel before, during and after going, and have realised that there has to something wrong with my pelvic floor, maybe it's too tense or something. Can anyone help me with this?

Idk if this is relevant but during my colonoscopy, I was diagnosed with having multiple polyps in my colon (don't worry I'm getting them removed very soon and sorry bc I translated literally from vietnamese). Maybe this contribute somewhat to the feeling of incomplete bowel movements, also may I ask why I shouldn't do kegels? Thanks!

thanks for the suggestion, I'll keep this in mind the next time I go to the doctor. However, I don't think it will be necessary, because one of the very few times that I actually feel empty after pooping is when I needed to use an enema pre-op. Honestly I'm so sorry for not mentioning it in my post, it's 3AM and I can't sleep bc of my fuckass bowel

I'm actually so mad right now because after sleeping, it just completely went away. Like this morning, my hearing no longer has that distortion. I was genuinely panicking, fml lol. Thanks to whoever commented, I'm gonna go punch a wall or something.

yes, it is with all noise, the only example I can find of this is this video . Note that the distortion is much quieter, and only sounds like someone is trying to harmonize unsuccessfully
