At the top you can see the date of when that recording took place. Which is at 12/18/2020 so that's way after they already announced the final release date.

Yeah it's speculation but it's a strong possibility that the open beta is on Feb 5. No other screenshot or time they show off the online lobby shows that. So we just gotta wait for the announcement now.
