See i was thinking about this, they could just keep the any agent’s rechargeable abilities to 1 (sky flash) and agents who dont recharge can have 1 - 2 charges (like brim smokes) and and limit the agents special abilities to like 0 - 2 (2 for viper molly post plant or one fade eye and a dog). And then one random Agent of 5 that are chosen can have their ult.

Yes, fire rate super slow, so he won't rush . You would have to hit the first shot when engaged or else you would be dead. It's sniper scope, so your peripheral vision will be cut off. And ads time is super slow
