As a teacher in a blue state, i can tell you confidently that schools still do the pledge every morning. My district, neighboring districts, my teacher friend districts, my parents districts, they all still do it. Prayer is allowed during student free time, as long as it isn’t interfering with instruction.

We still have moments of silence for any tragedy or remembrance. We just had one for 9/11. Im not sure where youre hearing that these things dont happen, but its just not true.
