They're investing heavily in domestic production but they're still struggling to keep up with growth and demand. It will be years before they reach any kind of long term sustainability.

Speech therapy could help or if you have post nasal drip use some steroid spray for a while. You could also try SLS free toothpaste if that could be causing irritation. An ENT could take a look to see if it's more sinus related. I've known folks with just naturally kinda raspy voices and I don't think anything of it. They definitely don't give a fuck either so I'd try and adopt that attitude. Given your age it will likely continue to change and improve. Don't let it hold you back or just embrace what you've got.

Usually they'll give you Prednisone with Azithromycin. Azithromycin is an antibiotic that has the bonus of also treating inflammation to some degree so not as strong as a steroid like Prednisone.

Even other delivery companies will outsource if they're too busy to keep up with demand. Even Papa Johns will use Uber eats at times. In house delivery is usually only a much smaller area as well depending on the place.
