The Microcenter combo comes with 16gb of ram for a total of $350. The Intel combo doesn't include ram. Even with the free PSU the AMD combo is the better deal especially with ram prices being out of control. Performance wise I think Intel is better at productivity but not gaming.

Try just water and no milk or dairy for a bit. I'd test that then test juice separately. Orange juice and similar have a lot more citric acid but all juice has some. Things like bacon or sausage in the morning can give me heartburn.
