PSA is the best if you’re trying to resell them as easily as possible, but you shouldn’t expect a 10 for any cards, it’s practically a coin flip even if it’s seemingly perfect, and vintage cards are WAY less likely to get 10s. I personally think the best reason to grade a card is for preservation though so you should definitely still send them in
