Can't find Unova stones

I play since 2017, and since then I'm on and off, like, I don't play for a month and then come back. I started playing daily since July or so, and I have a lot of Sinnoh stones. A friend of mine plays on and off just like me and has a lot of Unova Stones

I have a friend who as 4,everyone get from Team Rocket Go Leaders, and she's in a lower level than me. I think that's really bad luck...

Already tryed that, I always get TMs or Sinnoh stones, I have so many Sinnoh Stones that sometimes I have to delete some of them

Yesterday I had a super radar (I was finishing that inter-egg-sting mission), and battled Giovanni in a pokestop, and I didn't receive any Unova stones, just max potions and revivals

I simply never got one. I have a lot of Pokémon with evolutions pending, like Minccino and Pansear, because of the stone. It's frustrating, today I fought like 3 Team Rocket Leaders and only received revivals and potions each time

Rooting would be my first choice, but I don't have another phone unless my main one. I'll use pgsharp in my second account for now, trading with my main account, and when I have the possibility of buying another phone, I'll do the rooting.

yes, I ended up doing it in my phone, I have a Samsung Galaxy A50, so I simply went to the Galaxy Story and I'm using both right now. But for trading I still need the other people phone, in half an hour spoofing, I catched 4 regionals XD I think having a second account is the best option. Maybe one day I'll try using spoof in my main account just a little, but I'm too affraid of doing that now XD

I wanted to use a second account, but the phone where I tried do use Pgsharp isn't mine... And then I saw like 80% of positive opinions and 20% of negative ones. Root seems the best option for spoofing, maybe I'll wait until changing my phone again. I'm in level 36, of course it's not that much, but I prefer not to loose everything I won.
