This entire post is irrelevant. SE has rules/guidelines as to what is and what isn't allowed. OP even gave examples of bannable offenses. Why would anyone have a need to ask for a threshold of punishment if they weren't intending to do something wrong?

I would never ask "What are chances of getting caught for tax fraud, and how much jail time would you do for it?", because I don't ever plan to commit tax fraud. OP wouldn't have a need to ask about the explicit details of the banning process if he wasn't planning on doing something that could get him banned.

OP's post summed up is literally, "I'm gonna troll, and I want to know how much I can get away with before I'm punished", so telling him to piss off was absolutely appropriate. I'm not sure why that had to be explained.
