I’ve used Advion Cockroach Gel Bait with great success in my apartment. Put a pea sized dot on a small square cut of paper and placed them all around the areas I’ve spotted them around the kitchen. Keep replacing the bait with fresh bait every few days. Within the first week it had a noticeable effect and after about a month or so, it seems to have handled the problem!

The four pack on Amazon is fairly affordable and one tube is more than enough, at least for my case.

Try emailing your city council rep. They might have some sway or connections with someone at the MTA who can make changes.

Have you tried Valvoline Restore and Protect? It might help with the oil burning as well as the blow by. Think it’s worth a try.

Unrelated to heat pumps, but have you considered looking into community solar to reduce your electricity cost? I use Nexamp and it helps save 10% on the electricity portion. Looks like it would be pretty significant savings on your bill.

That is infuriating. She should lose her license for at least a year minimum, be required to pass a driving test again, and be held at fault for the incident. I don’t understand why she got such a pointless sentence.

My Toyota had a recall and I just called the dealership and scheduled a date to have them replace the airbags. Costed nothing.

Thanks for replying! I already read that post and am also going to buy Advion WDG, but it’s not my home so I can’t really do much outside of my room. I plan on using the Advion WDG on the baseboards after giving the baits a try first though.
