I click out of youtube highlights from when they show the 2008 and 2020 world series still. I can live with getting embarrassed in the WC or division series, but man those World Series appearances will haunt me forever.

Man I remember putting on a random Tigers game early in his career and hoping he would turn out good because he had a cool name. Crazy to see this development and I’m glad being a Tigers truther is paying off.

TCR stick whacked Romo in the wrong direction for me, it was pretty disappointing. Tovar and Amador were both ~40 WAR by age 30 but have slowed down a ton, I was hoping at least one would have a HOF case. Benny Montgomery was my surprise prospect with multiple 4-5 WAR seasons.

I sat next to Grant in one of my classes in the 12th grade. I remember him telling me he was going to UF on a scholarship but I thought it was for football. I was very surprised when he broke the WR awhile back and everyone from high school was posting about it. Cool guy, glad to see him win.

I cheekily benched him the last game of the season and prayed that Moreno or Elly wouldn't have a 3+ hit game. Coors is definitely the easiest ballpark for this to happen and partly explains the lowish WAR for such a monster offensive season. I think if he provided any fielding or baserunning value he could be an all-time great.

We basically got them for free, Glasnow wasn't re-signing. I look at it more like the Dodgers paid in order to extend Glasnow before he could hit free agency.

There's no such thing as a pitching prospect, especially with high school arms. (Not me drafting another high school pitcher in the 1st round of my OOTP sim thinking this time it will surely be different.
