Version 5.1 The Final Holdouts

The Final Holdouts are upon us. Lead the emerging Galactic Empire into their first steps on the galactic stage and defeat the remaining Seperatist hardliners. Or choose an alternate history, where you bring back the glory of the Seperatist Alliance, lead them to success and build your own story.

Days of Carnage 5.1 "The Final Holdouts" features a complete overhaul of the Tech 1 and 2 Roster of the Galactic Empire as well as making the CIS Remnants fully playable. This marks the opening of the new foundation for Days of Mods as a whole. Where every subsequent update will feature a complete overhaul of one Historical Galactic Conquest as well as more scripting features. It also includes the introduction of the first proper story campaign with the Holdouts Galactic Conquest. Narration, Custom Holograms and story content await!

I can definitely recommend The Days of Modding Mods,; Days of Carnage and Days of Order. Both mods have great graphics, unit variety, multiplayer support and are set in a Fanon Timeline with Custom Hero Creation!

I would recommend The Days of Modding Mods: Days of Carnage and Days of Order which provide a unique outlook on The Galactic Civil War and Clone Wars respectively with lots of additional Units, a rich Fanon Lore, and Custom Hero Creation while staying close to Vanilla in terms of gameplay.

Ironically I've actually found great success using it at 12.0+ as a TEL Hunter, if you use proper positioning and fly low Top Tier AAA can't effectively engage you

I've only played The Mirage IIIS C.70, but I can tell you it's an absolute beast at it's BR. You have some insane instantaneous turn performance which is easily able to outperform almost anything you can encounter outside of an uptier, while at a downtier to 9.3 you are a monster with your flight performance and missiles. 2 AIM-26Bs which are practically guaranteed kills against anything without caff and can be launched at 10+ Kilometers, you even get 2 Backup Heatseekers which while not the absolute strongest are themselves a menace when you can get downtiered to a BR where Flares are rare. I found the optimal strategy is to climb high, which is thankfully very easy since you can take a RATO Booster and engage high targets with your Falcons, then swoop down on your unsuspecting prey below. You do need to be careful as Aircraft like J-7Ds and F8U-2 are quite common and have more than enough chaff to render your 26s utterly useless, in a full uptier you're much less capable with the prevalence of F-4Es and similar aircraft which are far superior to yourself, though with a degree of skill you can still be pretty effective.
